New Mexico Council Vice Chair Marc Space grew up within a double haul of the Catskill's fabled waters. A life member of TU since the eighties, Marc was recently elected vice president of ECTU. He also serves as the chapter's education director, working with several area schools to establish Trout in the Classroom.
